The past years this cake is our number one.
There was no special reason this time, to make a MonChou cake.
It's my mother's recipe from the mid-80s. I have reduced the amount of butter and sugar and
doubled the MonChou.
pak Bastognekoeken (260 gram)
125 gram gesmolten boter
200 ml slagroom (gekoeld)
75 gram witte basterdsuiker
2 pakjes MonChou van 100 gram per stuk (op kamertemperatuur)
